I have been buying belts and suspenders from Custom Leather Canada limited for the last five years. This year I came across a belt that I had bought over a year ago but never used. When I went to use it, I found a small issue with the buckle. I notified custom leather asking if I could buy a replacement buckle knowing that any warranty would have expired. To my surprise they sent me a whole new belt. I thought this was exceptional customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer for any of my belt and suspender requirements
